This level involves knowing what is and what happened. Awareness of facts, truths; a collection and documentation of facts and happenings. At this stage, you will identify these three parts of you well, that is, your spirit, your body and your soul. You will also be able to explore the differences, the relationship, and relate it to what you are as a spiritual being.

At this stage, you will have a deeper understanding of your spirit, soul and body, to ascertain if truly they are the best representation of your spirituality. You will also be able to discover more about your external and internal self as revealed by your knowledge of your spirit, body and soul; this will enable you to take positive steps to improve how you see yourself and other people’s perception of your spirituality.
