The Pathway to Wholeness Program (PTW) is a year-round multi-channel mentoring model that was created to meet the needs of students K-12. Participants are engaged in 12 weeks mentoring sessions. The mentor will meet with the mentee 1 hour per week for twelve weeks. The meeting can be in person or on zoom depending on the student’s needs. It can also be a meeting with parents or teachers of the student. Mentoring sessions will cover four areas of a student’s life including identity, education/career path, spirituality and social life. The PTW program awakens and enhances inner potentials in youth and women toward maximum productivity.
Did you know that you are one-of-a-kind, and that no one else on the earth is precisely like you? What exactly is it that makes you who you are? Is it your personality or your appearance that makes you stand out? Perhaps it has something to do with the way you think or what you believe. Maybe it’s because of what you like to do or where you’re from. The truth is that all of these elements combine to make you who you are. This is referred to as our identity.

Knowing your strengths and weaknesses will help you understand your motivations and opportunities. It can also help you on your journey towards a career path and discovering what drives you. It is important to identify what may be holding you back from success, as well as skills, motivating factors and behaviors that propel you forward to develop your inner potential.
Spiritual awareness is communicating with God at a personal level and learning about His goal for you in life. It is having an open heart and an open mind in the spiritual aspect of life that makes you fully aware. Spiritual awareness means that you look deep within yourself and find your center. This can be done with meditation or a simple prayer.
